The refurbishment and redesign of the popular southern retail precinct that is Box Hill Central, involved the upgrade & replacement of the major plant serving the existing shopping centre complex along with the construction of a new dedicated plantroom to serve the new Coles store.
Mulgrave Insulation have been brought onboard to deliver:

500+ meters of PVC cased exposed pipework to the new central plant areas located on the roof top carpark & within the Coles Plantroom

1000+ meters of foil faced pipework lagging within the ceiling spaces of the new Coles store & redeveloped mall area
-
300+ square metres of external lagging of the new ductwork serving the Coles stores & new tenancies
