Mulgrave Insulation is led by an experienced team with decades of combined experience in the mechanical insulation and construction industry.

From leadership through to project managers, factory specialists and site supervisors, our people work closely with mechanical contractors, builders and industry partners to deliver insulation systems across complex commercial, infrastructure and industrial projects throughout Australia.

With many long-standing employees and a strong focus on training and development, our team combines technical expertise with practical site experience to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Chad Kopacz is Managing Director of Mulgrave Insulation and has more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry.
​
Chad leads the company’s strategic direction and business development, working closely with contractors and project partners across major commercial and infrastructure developments. His experience spans project delivery, business operations and organisational leadership.
​
Chad holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales and has completed formal training in general management, project management, leadership and finance. His focus is on strengthening Mulgrave’s long-term partnerships while continuing to develop the business and its people.
PROJECT MANAGER | Queensland
Ryan Mitchell brings more than 10 years of experience in the mechanical services (HVAC) industry, spanning consulting, engineering and construction management.
​
His project experience includes hospitals, commercial developments, entertainment facilities and manufacturing environments. Ryan has worked across project planning, contract management, cost control, programming and site coordination.
​
With an engineering background, Ryan combines technical understanding with project delivery experience, helping translate design intent into practical site outcomes while working closely with contractors, consultants and project teams.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Paul Roche oversees operational management across Mulgrave Insulation, including project delivery, site management and implementation of business strategy.
​
With extensive industry and trade experience, Paul brings a practical understanding of construction delivery and the operational requirements of complex projects. His leadership focuses on programme control, cost management and maintaining high standards of health and safety across all projects.
​
Before joining Mulgrave, Paul worked on several award-winning construction projects and led large site teams delivering major national developments. His experience continues to shape Mulgrave’s operational approach and commitment to consistent project delivery.
FACTORY MANAGER
Mark Baxter manages Mulgrave’s sheet metal cladding fabrication facility.
​
With more than 40 years of experience in the sheet metal trade, Mark oversees the manufacture of pipe cladding and metal insulation components used across Mulgrave’s projects. His work includes fabrication in galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium and Colourbond materials depending on project requirements.
​
Mark coordinates fabrication schedules, supplier relationships and site deliveries while also mentoring apprentices and supporting the development of Mulgrave’s next generation of sheet metal tradespeople.
