As Managing Director at Mulgrave Insulation, Paul is accountable to the function of operational management, Project and Site Management, and delivery of business strategy initiatives. Paul’s industry and trade experience enables him to properly understand the unique requirements of our clients’ needs and ensure delivery of a high standard. He takes a methodical approach to cost and risk control, often to meet accelerated timelines when delivering on complex projects.

Prior to joining the Mulgrave Insulation team, Paul worked on various award-winning projects where his commitment to Health & Safety onsite was paramount and his dedication to leading by example facilitated the team of 200+ site staff deliver on complex national projects.
